  1. Use Mozilla Firefox

     Mozilla Firefox is a great alternative choice to Internet Explorer. At my work, we highly recommend customers to switch over simply because it performs better. Powerful Add-Ons, built-in pop-up blockers and themes, it makes so much sense to use it.
     

  2. Try using Spybot S&D and Lavasoft’s Ad-Aware, Regularly

     These 2 are proven decent spywares removers. With the habit of running them periodically, it will cut down the accumulations of undesired junks on your computer. They may not be THE BEST spywares/malwares prevention tools, but they are simple, free, and relatively effective. So with the combination of you AV software, they are extremely useful for casual PC users who aren’t as hardcore or comfortable with other softwares. Don’t forget to update definitions!

• How do I make some easy money with my site/blog?
  1. Google AdSense!

     I have tried a couple different services, I found Google AdSense to be to easiest and most pain-free. You can choose ads, search box, or other referrals. As a blogger/site owner, you just have to put the scripts up. The service is Pay-Per-Click. My site has been using it since it went live in July and while I don’t have much a huge fan base, I have still managed to make about $15 bucks. Considering I don’t do anything other than keep writing about sports and technology, not too shabby.
     
     

  2. Text Link Ads

     TLA provides a different type of ad service, they do not conflict with Google AdSense so you may have them on the same pages. Plus, you sell the ad spots on your site, and you get paid for the spot monthly. That’s one thing that set it apart with Pay-Per-Click service. You can even option to add an ad spot in your RSS feed, so that’s more chance for you to profit. Note: if your site isn’t popular (yet), it may take some time before someone purchase spots on your site. So unlike Google AdSense, you won’t be making money right away, unless through referral, but the monthly payment is nice.
     

  3. Sell something

     If you think you have something to offer, from knowledge to homemade jewelry, to ideas, to designs, whatever, sell it. Write an E-Book for your readers to download/purchase, or display your products. People are bound to stumble upon it, with some advertisement of your own (tell your mom, she will buy something) and hard work, you never know how far your business can go!

  1. Uh, there isn’t really an easy way for me to offer, other than take classes and practice…well if you are in DC area, I do offer tutor service in after hours or weekends =)
