[From Digg] Why don’t we have prisoners like THIS in the US?
Okay, there’s a prison in the Philippines, right? And, the head honcho there thinks that organizing different activities for the inmates is better than them shanking each other. One such activity is dancing. This week’s dance? Thriller. It has to be seen to be believed.
